Ibach dedicated the small concert grand piano model to Richard Wagner. Liszt is said to have commented on it quite derisively. This grand piano stood for decades in a prestigious establishment in Munich Pasing. Apart from normal signs of ageing and use, the grand piano is in surprisingly good condition. The bass is still breathtaking. The music stand was probably once replaced by a more practical and stable version. This can be replaced with an original design in the course of a renovation. The Richard Wagner nameplate on the cast frame was apparently removed from the piano a long time ago. The grand piano can be used for simple to medium demands after an overhaul - the full potential could be experienced again after a restoration.
