Please understand that we do not provide information about your instrument or market prices etc. free of charge.

Our 2 offers for piano evaluation

Remote piano assessment!

(129.95 Euros)

We can carry out an expert and written remote assessment (usually 1-2 A4 pages) with evaluation on the basis of defined information and images. This does not replace an on-site inspection - but it does provide a good orientation. In any case, it is a good investment to make a decision for your instrument that can also pay off financially.

On-site piano assessment!

(approx. 475.00 Euro plus travel time/costs)

If you would like an on-site assessment, we can send a master piano maker to you to carry out and document a detailed inspection of the instrument. On this basis, we will prepare a written assessment and evaluation of your instrument.

In the case of an order for a remote assessment, we will usually provide you with a written assessment by email within a maximum of five working days after receipt of payment, based on the photos and information provided:

  • Original quality of the piano brand and model
  • Apparent condition of the body and surface
  • Apparent condition of the acoustics, keyboard and mechanics
  • Any critical material damage and pest infestation
  • Presumed service / repair requirements
  • Recommendations on options for action and their cost-effectiveness
  • Fair value and realistically achievable sales price

If necessary, we will request additional details, photos or audio recordings for the remote assessment. If you would like to have this remote assessment confirmed by a master piano builder, we offer this for an additional charge. After your request for an on-site assessment, we will clarify the availability and actual costs of a master piano maker depending on your location, send you a quote and, once we have received your payment, commission the master piano maker to come to you. We will then send you the written assessment.

If you are interested, we will be happy to send you a sample document of a remote piano assessment or an on-site assessment with our offer.

If you require a court-recognized expert opinion, you can obtain a list of recognized experts from the relevant court. We do not offer this service.
