Dies ist ein Beispiel für ein im Kundenauftrag restauriertes Instrument. Es ist eines der extrem seltenen Feurich DUCARTIST Pianos, die letzte Bauform der Philipps DUCA Technik. Der DUCARTIST Mechanismus wurde früher schon einmal teilrenoviert – das akustische Klavier und der Korpus waren original erhalten. Durch anhaltend zu trockene Raumluft und Defizite in der früheren Restauration musste der DUCARTIST Mechanismus komplett restauriert werden, ebenso wie das akustische Feurich Piano. Die Oberfläche wurde nur gereinigt und nachpoliert.
Das Instrument zeigt nun wieder sein volles Potential und wird für Forschung und Präsentationen im Frankfurter Raum eingesetzt.
