This is a very beautiful tri-phonola instrument - with metal pneumatics. A very large concert body - a powerful and sonorous instrument. It still plays - but needs a complete restoration to make it sound beautiful again. It is interesting to see the structural differences (due to the metal pneumatics and the approx. 5-year manufacturing gap) between the two Grotrian-Steinweg Tri-Phonola pianos that we have.
