Bizarre and rarely built, a desk piano! One of the first was built by the Steingraeber company for R. Wagner as a one-off. This one by the Hoepfner company is a gem in terms of decor - something for the connoisseur! The pianoforte factory Hoepfner from Berlin produced high-quality small pianos in this form, especially in the 1920s. The acoustic piano is playable - but unrestored.
