The previous owners of this magnificent concert piano had wanted to have it transported unprofessionally from the second floor - and when they tried to lower it from the second floor via the balcony, the piano fell from a height of around 2 meters. Fortunately without personal injury. The piano, however, looked pitiful. The body was badly damaged in many places, part of the keyboard was destroyed and the action had also been damaged. Thanks to the good quality, the cast frame and load-bearing parts remained intact.
This meant that the piano not only had to be renovated, but also largely restored in order to make it whole again. At the customer's request, the surface was polished black. All the work was worth it - today this beautiful concert piano is in the home of a music-loving family in Munich.
