In the early twentieth century, the leading piano manufacturers often maintained their own concert halls and, in some cases, even their own orchestras to promote their instruments and enhance their prestige. Blüthner was no exception, supporting both the Blüthner Orchestra and the renowned Blüthner Hall (Klindworth-Scharwenka Hall). This attractive programme booklet from February 1912 was issued for a concert featuring the pianist Walther Lampe as soloist. It contains details of the concert programme as well as numerous contemporary advertisements, providing a fascinating glimpse into the musical and cultural life of the period. The booklet comprises 18 pages. We offer a PDF copy of this rare publication for research and study purposes at a price of EUR 25.00.
