Height: 1,0m
This Hupfeld Phonola Vorsetzer is a very special variant. To intensify the competition with Aeolian, which had also found a wide customer base with the 65 scale of the Pianola piano due to its earlier market launch, Hupfeld advertised a combined pre-setter with a so-called double scale - 72 and 65 scale. In fact, only a few of these versions were sold. This is such a combined pre-setter that can play rolls of the phonola type with a 72 scale - and also rolls with a 65 scale. There is a slider on the note glide block and two hooks on the take-up reel. The machine is in very good condition and can be used wonderfully after a necessary renovation.
