Dies ist das früheste uns bekannte noch erhaltene Welte Einbauklavier – zumindest nach der Feurich Seriennummer. Die Feurich „Mignon Raste mit voller / grosser Klaviatur“ wurde am 30. April 1908 zu einem Preis von 470Mark an M. Welte & Söhne nach Freiburg geschickt. Unser zweites Klavier dieser Bauart mit der Seriennummer 21358 kam knapp zwei Monate später zu Welte, erhielt jedoch die frühere Welte Gehäusenummer. Sicher waren viele Instrumente parallel in der Werkstatt und wurden unterschiedlich schnell fertig. Dieses Instrument ist original erhalten. Es wurde vom Vorbesitzer bereits zwecks Restauration demontiert – jedoch nicht begonnen. Nach einer notwendigen Renovierung wird das Instrument wieder prächtig spielen und klingen.
