This is an early Bösendorfer grand piano with a double-repeating action. The great Viennese brand was somewhat forgotten from the beginning of the 19th century - but the instruments from this period are absolutely impressive in terms of sound. This grand piano with Schwander action also plays and sounds wonderful. It was partially overhauled some time ago, and the serial number was apparently painted over in the process. The serial number of the Schwander action allows it to be dated.
