Ibach built this magnificent symmetrical grand piano - a fantastic and very rare instrument in very good original condition. The grand piano was sold by the Munich piano house Schramm and has apparently remained in the Munich area since its sale. Symmetrical grand pianos, also often called bell grand pianos, were developed for acoustic, visual and more flexible placement reasons. The grand piano corresponds exactly to the grand piano with the magnificent Art Nouveau legs shown in the Ibach catalog.
