A particularly valuable and elaborately crafted Steinway & Sons Model K concert piano with the famous Steinway elephant legs. The upright piano is equipped with the magnificent cast iron frame (Vertegrand) derived from the grand piano and the patented tubular action. The piano has been technically restored to its original condition by a Steinway technician and sounds wonderful again. The body was refinished in shellac. This is an extremely rare instrument in Europe.
