This is probably one of the earliest surviving large Blüthner concert grands from this period. The polisher has noted 10.05.1883 as the date of completion. The grand piano still has the first frame shape with aliquot (introduced in 1873) and a Blüthner Erard abstract action. Despite normal ageing and use damage as well as some renovation work carried out by the previous owners (restringing, action overhaul, keyboard bearing replacement), it is still a magnificent grand piano. The piano can be used in its current condition. Alternatively, we offer the restoration of the grand piano.
