Als ein Einlegeblatt befindet sich ein Hinweis zu veränderten Preisen ab 1. April 1914. Die Nachfrage nach Rollen ist mit der zunehmenden Verbreitung des Grammophon und des Radio – sowie angesichts des nahenden ersten Weltkrieges spürbar zurückgegangen – und wie andere Anbieter auch, versuchte Philipps mit geringeren Preisen mehr Absatz zu erreichen. Alle Einträge im Buch wurden demnach um den 1.4.1914 mit den zwei Preisvarianten (Duca und Pianella elektrisch) spürbar nach unten korrigiert.
