This Feurich DUCA piano is also quite unique in its magnificent design. It is one of the early Philipps Duca reproduction instruments. The body design is similar to the Hupfeld DEA pianos from this period. The reproduction technique evidently utilizes numerous Welte patents and - after careful restoration - plays at least at the same level. Many different titles can be played from a now quite extensive stock of music rolls. A beautiful piano and a testimony to the art of instrument making at the time.
