Ibach grand pianos from before 1885 are extremely rare. Ibach Artcase grand pianos are even rarer. This grand piano combines both. It was completed at the Barmen factory on September 1, 1884 and then delivered to the Ibach warehouse in Cologne, where it received the Artcase casework. Shortly afterwards, it was sold to a wealthy family in Cologne. We acquired the grand piano second-hand, but it actually spent its entire life in the same house in the same room, as it was sold with the house. The grand piano is in exceptionally splendid original condition. A piece of jewelry.
