Anlässlich des 100jährigen Bestehens der Firma M. Welte & Söhne aus Freiburg wurde dieses Buch bzw. dieser Ausstellungskatalog 100 Jahre Welte-Mignon vom Augustiner Museum aufgelegt. Das Buch enthält sehr viel detaillierte Informationen und Artikel zum Schaffen der Firma Welte. Dieses Buch gibt wohl den umfassendsten Einblick zur Firma Welte, die 1904 mit der Weltsensation –dem Welte-Mignon Kabinett- das erste Reproduktionsinstrument dieser Qualität auf den Markt brachte.
