Berdux is one of those brands that are almost forgotten today - but were among the leading manufacturers in Europe at the time. These instruments were manufactured in Munich, on Landsberger Strasse, where the Steinway & Sons branch is located today. Berdux grand and upright pianos from this period were distinguished by outstanding quality in workmanship and sound. This rare Artcase grand piano with beautiful brass inlays is in good overall original condition with normal signs of age and use. The keys were covered with new plastic a few years ago. The grand piano needs restoration to bring it back to full quality.
